The yazaki company is first company in my carrier and i love the fact that i am a process engineer of my team. Me and my team members all time readily adopt the skils, trainings and new technology my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Management is very very bad, poor management don't ever know how to treat equally with employee, huge discrimination between local and outside manpower, nothing to learn and develop skills if you want to learn and develop your skills you should have to do by yourself only noone will support you. Very bad politics, Reputed company with lot of worst management.
