Nothing waste of Carrere opportunity

Every thing, no policies are in place. They are unable to do the increments. Check with the old employees, CEO told them to leave because they are not going to increase the salary. Pathetic IT assets conditions..................

Due to these crisis situation when company ask us and many employee to leave the organisation then you feel betrayed by your company .We have done everything to to sustain companies profitability .I have done overnight shifts to complete extra work load during covid -19 situation .Management is not at all transparent.

Management unethical behaviour towards the employees .I mean which company deducts salary and says this much amount you will get as a bonus on Diwali .After year of employment they started deducting 600 INR per month from offered take home salary .I don't know who does that ....nothing much to talk about Yatra .We have got disappointment every year when we talk about promotion and increment .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Company has supported me with half of the salary for 3 months and from July month they asked me for resignation which is really disappointing. During this pandemic this was not at all expected from the organisation. This termination will result in deepen the crisis and will not only weaken the financial condition but also hampering our morale to combat our fight with this epidemic.
