Peaceful atmosphere, Engouraing management.

I have nothing to say negative, but one suggetion i have worked very hard and achieved sale targets and got good track record for the best branch and unfortunaly i was not considered for a best employe reward.I have managed the shop under pressure. But finally i was thrown away by backbiting by some staff. But owners doesn't know the story. Beware about backbiting and partiality of the management(Suggestion :Plz make an enquiry before take an action against a staff)
