My experience in yashodhara is very poor because this com. Culture is very treble & I'm not satisfied this com.

Com. Salary timing is not a mention in a date and they are giving payment not a one short this is very very big disaster problem or they not working on this area. they saying our payment process iso not set they reason we are not maintain this criteria

I felt so secure in work area and untill I reach home also.its like a big family,every one share and come together to do work even in critical situations. Company policies are ok but may be vary every where according to company levels .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
