We can learn more from hospital.. They were supportive in work and duty adjustments...we can do job were we go through out the world after experience that much support and knowledge we can gain from them....

...ept only few good doctors. I didn't receive any support from the top management. While leaving, they hold salary of people and harass them astronomically. The same happened with me as my superior 'AVP- Corporate Relations' instructed HR to hold my salary. If you are planning to leave this organisation, then must abscond rather than leaving in a formal way.

On time salary and if you try to behave in a way that pleases the company chairmain and directors you are on right path

Company uses and fires people after they are of no use.I was lucky to leave before that could happen and being a company of 1 lakh crores chairmain and their family wants to know each and everything and they don't trust anyone

more work, less salary, I have never seen 9 hours / day in other organizations. Here u have to work for 9 hours / day. We can't find that all departments are good in providing health services under one roof, particularly some departments are good.

They will you to resign your job without giving you any valid reason. Even after resignation, they won't give you your last month salary. Resigned three months back, yet to receive the last month salary. Had to run for my life, when I got threatened. They have political background, so they think, they can harass and ill treat anyone and get away with that.
