...k from home and they forced me by threatening that they will remove me from job. Also 18% salary was blocked during maternity leave and was informed that they will return once I join back. No performance evaluations is done based on favourites they give the increment. Policies are pathetic and the HR don't give a damn about you. Personal phone is not allowed, you need to keep it in locker. If you love to get humiliated then please join this company.

So bad experience I am facing here, Process Safety issue in plant and no can understand. Site Head Mr. Nilesh Yewale is playing Politics with employees, Charector less person he has, due to his behaviour no female candidate is safe here, Requested management to interfere and to Nilesh Yewale but they only intrested to achieve production. Due to Nilesh Yewale behaviour HR candidate left the job (Female Candidate), He did not knowledge of production and not commonsense to how talk in meeting, he only talk about his achievements but he didn't. Other person are smiling on talking but didn't understand.
