Civil department is very good, but management is totely sycophant of the top management. To clear their path from corruption, it is their policy to remove good and honest employees from the way

The top management is good, but under the influence of sycophants at the lower level, they treat good employees badly, so in one word, it is good for sycophants, they deduct 10% of the employee's salary every month in the name of bonus, but do not pay him on resignation.
