Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Teammates are supportive. Unfortunately management only creats the problems. Lots of politics. There is no value for employees. Work structure is bad. Management is failing to take wise decision. There is no appraisal no incentives. Inside the office non of the employees should not talk each other.

Yashmit HRMS is one of the best platform to start the career as a fresher. The work atmosphere is absolutely good with colleagues and especially MD sir (Mahesh Manjula) & Head of HRM (Shilpa mam) she brings the best output from us. I'm glad to be part of this organization. Yashmit is one of the best consulting firm I've seen till date. Best part of this firm is Recruitment. They don't charge or collect fees from candidates. And it is the genuine recruiting firm. The team is excellent and very responsive and provide assistance and guidance in every step. Good work environment, best team members, responsive. They provide management services. Some of their other services include services related to Factories department, KSPCB department, Contract Man power etc., I highly recommend this consultancy firm for any management service requirement.Yashmit is one of the best consulting firm I've seen till date.
