Everything means everything... Starting from the job interview to get appointed then to work with the staff with all co doctors.. along with consultant this hospital has the sky of knowledge in the form of doctors serving along with hospital management, trustees, nursing staff,also housekeeping staff, and ofcourse canteen n staff all are having 1 motto is to serve the humanity in all possible n convent way along with the lowest cost.. still miss them alot... The best place I worked so far... Well acknowledged doctors with well equipped infrastructure.. will definitely work their again if I ever come back India...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
