There is no work life balance, you have to report office on time, and you can't even go home even if your work is completed, the boss will add more workload so that u can leave after 9 pm only. Good for freshers only, that too for 3 to 4 months.

Long working hours, less salary, arrogant boss

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
