Culture, Values, and Agility create an amazing working environment here. This organization is truly an inspiration to those companies that are struggling in culture building.

Dislikes

Politics....would recommend to the company to kick off the Admin Head (A lady heading the entire HR operations team) if the company wants to grow to the next level. The kind of culture this company used to have is being deteriorated because of one staff. The HR team is the one who creates and evolves the culture but if the authorities are in the wrong hands it never grows.
