There are few IT companies in Kashmir, limiting your options. Learning wise Yarikul is a nice company with a stable product. They focus on single product, and the entire Yarikul team works on it.

Some employees remain idle or do little work, due to a lack of accountability and succeed by flattering the management. 9. You are not allowed to use the "Open for work" status on your LinkedIn profile, as management sees it as a red flag, showcasing their insecurity.

Nothing happens on time from management; travel is not provided as promised. Sometimes, you have to agree with management even if you know they are wrong, simply because they believe they are right.

Likes

Yarikul has a good work environment, flexibility in working hours and five days week. Good learning environment and very helpful staff.

Dislikes

It is a relatively new company and processes are not well defined yet.
