Just that you have a job. Nothing else. Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

... you gotta do work of others. Staying late at work is considered a good thing. Team Lead doesn't inform you about reward system, that there's a bonus for good performer. I hot to know this from other team leads that there's also a reward system. TL will deny your leaves. You'll have to hive sick excuses to get your leaves approved. Code quality is terrible, anybody does anything. No code structure is followed. Ppl at junior level knows more than team lead. Team lead has very poor knowledge on technology, you'll have to rely on other team for help when stuck, which again consumes time. No guidance nothing.

The weekends are the only good things, weekdays are absolutely insufferable and give them a chance to ruin your weekend too at times

We get good bonus and profit share which motivate us to work hard

Dislikes

No work balance, huge work load, no work satisfaction, utilize every Saturday, don't appreciate your hard work, no job security, for simple mistake they ask you to resign.

They Give Bonus at Year End and Profit Share at Tax Year End

Too much working hours . Overtime is appreciated here. No respect personal time of employee Too much work Load. No structure to assign work to employee. No fixed time period given to complete task. They want all tasks to be completed in a single Day.

Work life Balance depends on team you are working with. Company won't fire you as long as you are productive.

No growth. I have seen people with 8+ yrs of experience working with me and their overall salary growth was way below industry standards. You don't get to improve your knowledge here as the work you are doing isn't much of a technical semse.
