Lala company disguised as MNC. A company called TALEC i.e. Talreja Engineering Company was acquired by YARA group. India Entity is now identified as YARA TEI Mumbai Father and Son in position of Conflict of Interest. Constant verbal threats for job security. Management has no idea of projects type of business. India MD Premchand Talreja is accused of stealing information by his previous employer FLSchimdt. Half the company employees are ExFLSchimdt. No dedicated HR. Accounts Head acts as HR. Attendance reporting is on WhatsApp group. Some employees are forced to share live location on WhatsApp group. No leave encashment. Kindly specifically get this clarified before joining as this is not written even in fine print. There is no policy document which gives clarity on leave encashment.

Specific Yara MNC culture good but Yara Mumbai India culture is worst, indian managemnet specific MD, Operation Head harrassing and dominating the people like.

Everything, working hours are only strict for all employee except MD and his Son and operation head...Indian management is very bad..
