I have had the privilege of working alongside a team of talented individuals who are passionate, collaborative & dedicated. The supportive atmosphere and emphasis on work live balance makes it a GPTW [great place to work].

The company can surely do much better in the below areas: 1. Employee development & training that would help in employee retention 2. Investing more in existing employees than hiring new 3. Performance Bonuses.

Job Security: There is a pervasive sense of uncertainty regarding job stability.
