In short all the reviews are fraud and fake. 2) They might give you an adequate compensation, but don't risk your Job by switching in this company. 3) Every company has a unique CIN number, but this firm doesn't even have a unique number, you might find 2 on the Internet or on mca (ministry of corporate affairs) portal. 4) Don't fall for a trap if they call you stating we are hiring for Fluence project. That would be a red symbol to stop yourself from entering this firm. 5) The definition of management here is beyond pathetic. Here, ideas are not welcomed. And employees have made their way from references. I don't want to take the name of management people. But I can assure, the more high you reach for your complaint, you will find a stupid person with no sense of talking. 6) Talking of work life balance, haha. If your job wouldn't be secured, then I don't think so there will be any kind of WLB. They have one office in Balewadi and these people can't even afford to put one water dispenser in the office. No cab facility, no tax deductions sections. Infact their HR Portal is not even introduced with the basic tax deductions sections. These people will straight away deduct a hefty amount of money as a part of tax and will ask you to file an ITR and wait for your money next year. I mean seriously this statement have came from a senior HR there. #saveyourjob #boycottYantra
