Appraisal and salary increment are poor even after reaching the targets. Senior People are involved more in Politics and favouring their closed ones during appraisal!!! 😠 Work pressure is high, sometimes need to work from home in weekends apart from regular working hours. Very less scope of growth and less profile related training. No individual decisions allowed. Their mision n vision are on paper only but not in actual practice. Less support of parent company.

I have spoiled my career joining this company. Plz don't go with name and fame . Understand the Apearing teeth of elephants doesnt help elephant any more..
