Sr. People at DGM level, just doing time pass sirf aana or ghar jana, no input, no knowledge, but working for 20 years, but knows nothing and leading the department. People need to update, change way of work, adopt new things....

Bonus is nice and cafeteria is also good

Dislikes

Work environment is really bad and HR involves themselves much more than is required. Even the manager does not take sides when HR gets involved much more than required. HRs don't know about tech and still they interfere in the matters. Sometimes for the freshers they will make mentors who does not have any knowledge. Very rigid environment. Politically very active and less chance of career growth.
