Good compensation as compared to other service based companies. Great learning experience for freshers. Good brand value of Yamaha. The company also provides Certification exams to strengthen your profile.

There are not much dislikes as such. There is a mandatory bond for 2 years. But if you enjoy your work, this thing won't bother you

Very very much micromanagement Every day meeting- what you did, what you will do, any unnecessary questions and ultimately he is right, and you are wrong in any case. even if your boss fault is there, still you are guilty If you argue with him or try to explain, will take it personally and you can see by the face expression. Work environment is really bad and HR involves themselves much more than is required. Even the manager does not take sides when HR gets involved much more than required. HRs don't know about tech and still they interfere in the matters. Sometimes for the freshers they will make mentors who does not have any knowledge. Very rigid environment. Politically very active and less chance of career growth.
