As work as low level no fair, but, if you promote & not liked by G.M. & CEO, then no Job Security You May have demotion, Transfer, No Increment in salary and not have good Appraisal. So much Politics by upper management which cause serious demaige in work environment.

Some teammates who are senior were excellent it you are well educated or get success in your studies which belongs to your work then you got promotion but no good salary scale if you are not liked by your G.M. you may get every kind of work which you needed.

The salary that is shown in the compensation plan is all BS. You get variable pay once a year. They stop 2 months salary in your notice period without prior notice. There’s no learning. If you have attended POSH training anywhere, you will see all sorts of people on which POSH act should definitely be done but they are thriving without skills

Yamaha motors is one of the top motorbike company. But getting a job on pay role in like the impossible there. They didn't make confirm to their trainees. They only want to complete their work doesn't care about employees career

Doesn't care about employees career, they only get there's work and get them out. No job security. No promotion. No. Benefits.

No job security and no compensation , just spoiled the life ok 150+ employees. Badest ever company.

Lower management fine but top management spoiled the life of many lower level staff and saved his job only and saved his nepotism politically.
