You will love the grey haired colleagues with you who won't try to help or support even if you ask them officially.

Dislikes

...situation, theh fired more than 150 people with no major reason or compensation. Salary deduction is another fact. But I am hoping this is temporary and time will be better.

1. Management not ready to allow you to grow. Always dump you in all the aspects. 2. Poor Japanese management at R&D. 3. If you want to be slave at all time without asking any questions, then it's better option. 4. Welfare is nothing. Worst HR practice.

Being Japenese MNC, systems are very strong, compensation are clear, policies are well written. Entry to another 2W organization is easy. Yamaha experience count a lot for 2W industry.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
