This is a very good company for freshers they can learn many things . Best company for freshers . 2 years bond will be there for freshers but In that 2 years a fresher can become a professional. Very good place for learning new things and seniors and managers all are very supportive.

Only dislike is salary Salaries are a but low . But very good place to learn

Tenure in company will give you great exposure to learn PLSQL, Oracle plsql, Pro*C. Open source to learn. Best place to start to career as a fresher.

...re in the need of money then please don't join here. Compensation will be worse. Only single digit salary for fresher even after one year experience there won't be even considerable hike. They will not allow you to leave by time. Work life balance is poor

It's a payment domain product base company. So if you are interested to grow yourself in IT as payment domain experience person then to start your career here is very good choice. This organisation will teach you each and every thing about payment knowledge, how payment system works, how Authorization, clearing and settlement happen in banking etc. With this knowledge you can see your career very bright.

...dule interview in other companies. They can do anything to keep their employees. Salary hike is very low. Even they will skip your appraisal for 6 months to 1 year. This organisation has no add on facility for employees. Working hours per day will extended upto 18 hr a day. Mostly people work here on an average 12-14 hr 6 days a week even some time on Sunday also.

For fresher it s a very good company to learn a lot about banking industry and how to handle tons of pressure.They provide freedom to do mistakes,so you can realize and do well on your own in future wherever you go.

Salary is the only concern,not even want to reveal it.Poor economy background pupils don't join here.

... will remain, but i never brought that impact on my work or in learning ability. Finally salary appraisals were bitter slow but in initial stage as software field salary is not important rather than that work productivity and skills are primary.

The thing which i didnt like about yalamanchili is politics, salary appraisals were not feasible.
