As the Firm is dealt with Medium and large scaled prospective clients, the job is very secured and the SOP's are very adoptive to the employees. There is a good working environment and the managers possess a very good working knowledge and makes myself participative in dealing with the clients.

Dislikes

There is a weekly, monthly review meeting about the works offered by the manager. We have a conference meeting at least twice a week about the new amendments taken place in respective laws, we have a division of work among the Office staff and change in roles based on the Season of work we have. There is a big scope of learning for the people who want to expose there knowledge.
