Lot of difference in salary package and yearly hikes b/w mrktng and technical team having same years of experience. Technical increments and packages are poor compare to mrktng.

As a supervisor in this company i would like to say that this is the best platform to build your self confidence. Teammates are very cooperative. Career growth is not good but as for learning and make balance between work and personal life, this is good company.

According to salary and appraisal sometimes it feels uncomfortable to work here, but otherwise okay.

Everything . Higher management is polarised , Micro management. CEO ashok.das dont behave professionally ,He is fully biased and only support to marketing .There is a war of ego between Ashok das and BM vyas .

The higher management is so biased and confused. Two top officials are totally opposite to each other and coz of the heat between them the enitre team suffers. The top most decision maker is not clear in himself regarding his expectations from the team. They just show off while hiring and than u are stuck in a vicious Circle of partiality. I got into severe dipression after working here as i was unable to digest the partiality.
