Worst company they will show you big dreams Salary will depend on them when they will give you whether it's 1/3 months salary Discussion happens on sales but the moment you ask salary all management including Hr will not reply no matter you are in whatever situation Pathetic company please never join

I will say Dont join this organisation. When ever they want they change the field and decrease the salary. My Manager is very good ( Mr Santosh Shetty )man. But H R make lots of trouble.before give the certificate they never ask Consult Manager.how he work. H r make they own decision. With out inform consult Manager. They change our field. H R not stick with they own words. Specially Ms Archana and Ms Krutika. They big Trouble people in this organisation. Yes, lots of thing I learned from my Manager. Lots of thing to say. But end of the time. My owner and Managers are very nice person. Only H R.. leave it no more words for them...

... I do receive appreciation from my store managers..but they mostly go unnoticed. They suppose to increase the salary after 1 year.. as they appointment letter.. but they never do.. they never Follow they rules.. salary not on time.. after month end they release part salary.. till then staff have to struggle till salary comes. I give only 1 star..

Currently I am working in Yaashkrishni Food Science Ltd as a Store Incharge, This company give us the platform to learn and explore new things. Company provides cafeteria facilities for all the staff which is totally free of cost. In this Pandemic period they used to provide company car facility for the staffs. They provide staff room facility for their staff. This company really gives good platform for all the employees. Currently company is progressing and trying to adapt latest technology.

Work Culture: Friendly colleagues, supportive HR policies, transparent management and overall good work life balance. Management: Ambitious, innovative and responsive management who has taken company to new heights, giving growth opportunities to employees. Job Security: You get enough time, support and guidance to improve yourself if you are lagging in your performance. But still if you don't improve then perform or exit. That's fair... Company Policies: HR team with help of management has done good work in implementing different employee friendly company policies. Compensation/ Appraisals: Strictly confidential. Little lower than industry standards. Additional benefits: Free food, stay facility etc

Looking at health safety concerns in this tough COVID times. Company should restart pick up and drop facility for employees. A career growth should also provide monetary growth, only designations are not sufficient. All departments are equal contributor to an organizational growth. PS Note. Let's not prioritize.

This company is grown up. This company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. This company provided me various training that's usefull to future life. Overall experience is very good.
