I will say Dont join this organisation. When ever they want they change the field and decrease the salary. My Manager is very good ( Mr Santosh Shetty )man. But H R make lots of trouble.before give the certificate they never ask Consult Manager.how he work. H r make they own decision. With out inform consult Manager. They change ourfield. I dont like H R Works. Big trouble for staff. Specially Ms Archana and Ms Kuritika..they not ready to speak with staff on phone. If they available to. I do receive appreciation from my store managers..but they mostly go unnoticed. They suppose to increase the salary after 1 year.. as they appointment letter.. but they never do.. they never Follow they rules.. salary not on time.. after month end they release part salary.. till then staff have to struggle till salary comes.
