Great leadership team, very understanding leaders, flexible working hours, less office politics, recognition and appreciation for good work, in house recreation room, office location in tier2 city.

After office hours meetings, too many meetings, average salary not upto MNC standards, less onsite opportunities.

... grow only if you have connections - Hard to approach the HR team in Bangalore - Compensation is not up to the mark - Scams with new joiners

Too much work load and this pressurized to complete work at any cost without expected salary increment.

They expect we spent our week off to complete work load. The accounting system is not proper most of the works are manual
