I have been Working at Xtrim Global Solutions since 9 months ,and it has been an incredible experience . The culture is inclusive ,and the team is top -notch . The most remarkable aspect is that the boss genuinely cares for each and every employee .

Company environment is not at all toxic. The people are connected and even whenever the team goes out the Ceo himself comes to ask if anything is needed. its awesome.

If the HR of this organization is not appropriate so how can we think that , this company would be good.

HR is the worst of this organization they are not responding well don't believe on the hr. of the organization they are very inappropriate. please choose this company carefully.

Office infrastructure and work environment here is awesome. Teammates here and Seniors are very good at their work and never makes us feel like we’re juniors in organisation and treats us with equally.
