The salary and Promotions process could be more transparent and structured.

Likes

Limited team members, so you get to learn a lot of things. Since it's a service based company we deal with lot of clients so you get good domain knowledge.

Dislikes

Salary is extremely low. No appraisals, no encouragement from the managers and senior management.

Remote Access is available in xtag so employee can work anywhere anytime and good working environment other departments employees also connected with each other in visual activities and managers are supportive and good team bounding.
