Pathetic atmosphere, no work culture, no appreciation, total waste of time and energy.

Dislikes

There is no fix compensation for sales people for incentives. Will make you work like robots but won't pay you well enough.

... easy going with everyone but that is applicable everywhere in corporate field And don't expect much salary hike and if you want you can ask good package in the beginning itself so tht no need to depend on hike for 3 years atleast. If COVID were not affected i would have stayed there atleast for 5 years. People belived me and given responsibility n kept their belief and never disappointed them wrt work and every single person supported me and had mutual respect.

Dislikes

Thy didn't had a backup plan for customers/business or alternate n quick solutions so tht customer should not move to another platform or solution Even i have back-up plan for my own startup with limited budget n i was wordering this whn i was a employee of xseed.

Owner and Products are good. The team mates are supportive. Poor job security, poor salary growth, unplanned travel is levied by Regional managers, Biased REO, pathetic work life balance. Disturb even on Sunday.

...r to do work and help them to grow within organisation. And expand their skills. Another good point is their salary structure and flexibility towards works if required.

Dislikes

I receive many appreciation email but they were unnoticed towards on my exit. Very high work pressure no work life balance. Sometimes I have to work continues for 3 to 4 months 14-18 hours for project which impact on my health. Employee policies are also not clear. And one most important point leadership team is not supportive. work process is also not streamline which is very painful if you raise your voice for any concern.

Initially company was good till 2018. After that management team has been changed. And work culture become toxic.

Dislikes

1. Zero percent job security 2. Too much office politics 3. No promotion 4. Nonsense manager
