Monopoly of department Heads Wrong Peaples are sitting at Senior positions those not having proper skill and Leadership Qqualities those not haven't decision making Skill also but they are expert in presenting fake data and making fool management and safeguard their own chaires by playing corporate politics and honest people's are becoming victims because of their personal ego. Mostly ground level with senior level are fine and co-operated.

1.salary issue not timely increase. 2.middle level management not good 3.no good service and no timeline no some one facility for employees.

...istics last 3 year,1.6years as a processing staff and 1.4years as a supervisor. We are happy with our pramotion but salary not increasing as per expections.
