Salary and Appraisals - Below company standards; employees are underpaid compared to their responsibilities. with limited scope and significant raises and promotions, Work expectation- offers salary at a junior level while expecting work at senior level. Work place culture- office politics is prevelent employees efforts are under-appreciated.

For your dedication and work no one recognised you but if you made any mistake from GM position people gonna be in touch with you for criticism.
