Salary part needs to be taken care . If anyone get promoted & also see what level of pain or efforts he is taking for Organization and if below reporting person salary is same and you perform excellent . That management need to consider to keep team motivated.

XPO Logistics is nice MNC company. also having good working environment. Time to time provide training to their employees & associates. nice opportunity in carer growth.

Work life balance is good here at XPO. If u want a relaxed life with no work pressure, XPO is the place for you.

Dislikes

The salary they offer is peanuts. The yearly appraisal never cross 10%. Initially they hired many experienced people and then fired them. Now horing all freshers at 2.1 Lakhs p.a. 3 months prior to appraisal they start the drama of cost cutting saying company is not making profits. The process are all normal. Nothing much to learn. They hired a New Senior Manager for Collections and she did all this non sense firing which eventually lead to firing of the Senior Director. This place is a sinking ship.

It all depends on the team you work with. The salary and compensation is really good. Employee oriented is good.

Dislikes

Company politics is worst. Too much to exposed towards favouritism. Work life balance is just not there.

Canteen , ambience, travel policy, pickup and drop facility

Dislikes

Weekend work with 12 hrs of official shift. No monetory compensation to that. Rotational Night shifts compulsory. No indian holidays and no USA holidays as well. Night shift allowance very less. No skill update.
