Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I didn't liked anything about the place and the owner is the worst part of the company there. They only makes fake promises

Everything. The owner whose name is Ankit thakur didn't paid me for January for my work and pressurising to work further by making fake promises and manipulation. May the owner 's company fails and go into heavy losses.
