...through a rigorous drill to ensure I am able to explore and better my potential. Their compensation and benefits policies are good. Everyone is approachable for communication and exchange of ideas.

Dislikes

The work environment is slightly toxic and not very accommodative. Compensation and benefits are decent, but without a proper growth plan. Work-life balance takes a complete hit and the management ends up trying to convince this is the way of the world and we need to simply budge to it. Empowering employees with the right learning skills and tools is more of a team's or individual's headache. It's more of a critique approach to everything than encouraging and giving some comfort with the discomfort that we need to soak in.

Likes

The culture, pay, perks and benefits, and the growth opportunities are both immense and transparent. The cofounders are easily accessible and place a lot of importance on being proudly people-first. They also walk the talk and are appreciative of honesty. Overall, there is a lot of work satisfaction.

It has been a good journey for me so far. Nothing to complain about.

Happy with the WFH option, the pay scale and few of the perks & company policies.

The work life balance is kind of not justified. Due to less number of employees in the team, the workload get increases if one person goes on leave. More of skill development and learning should be a part of the organisation

The company's mission, approach to work, investment in processes and tools to simplify mundane tasks, the products they've built and their eye on always delivering quality.

Dislikes

The hustle culture is a permanent feature at Xoxoday. It's leading to burnout and stress. High-level planning and granular-level execution need to go hand-in-hand. The big picture needs to be clearly communicated along with the path to reaching it.

C Level people encourage the young talent and help to grow. They ask Managers to share the knowledge and let's grow as a company.

Dislikes

Though someone ready to learn new things, introduce new things which will make life easier, managers are not ready to listen the thoughts, even they don't encourage or support others to grow. Can find Negligency, Nepotism, Carelessness, in the people which leads to low productivity. Lack of planning
