At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.

Good pay compared to other service based organisation.

After take over by Chris capital, it's more like other service based organisation. Notice period is increased from 60 days to 90 days. Management always look for cost cutting options which impacts employee leaves and annual increment.

very Good worklife balance. Hybrid mode (3days/week). Freedom to learn and upgrade our skills even if you are in experienced group they believe in you and respect our initiatives.
