There is not a single point to like about this company. Every day spent in this company goes in vain.

Dislikes

There is no respect or humanity shown on employees. They have a sub standard management who has no ethics. No work culture.Bangalore management indulge in silly politics. Management plays cheap games with employees even when they are serving notice period. They try to extract more work from employees when serving notice period. Neither they address any of the employees concerns nor they will respect it. People in higher positions are fit for nothing and they are not aware of their responsibilities. It is not advisable to join this company. I regret for joining this company.

Nothing Special about this company. Had a terrible experience working there. Team Lead used to do bias decisions amongst team members. No learning curve or motivation to grow skill sets. Career path is stagnant. travel commitments are done to the employees, but never fulfilled. But travel opportunities are provided to the one who does bucketing stuffs with Team leads or Managers.

Dislikes

Everything is horrible in this company. No Process, No Motivation, No Skill development, No support by the immediate reporting supervisor.
