1. Leadership is akin to the blind leading the blind since they truly have no concept of what they are doing. 2. They will ask you not to take a vacation the day before because there is still work to do, which occurred to all of the staff. On numerous occasions, employees were not given even one day's leave. 3. The company value that engineers are not appreciated is hypocritical. 4. Despite the fact that it was never successful, they employed too many people too quickly and then let so many of them go. And this happens every year. 5. A lack of direction and leadership. 6. Pursuing too many goals while not having adequate employees. 7. They frequently erase negative ratings from Glassdoor, which has frequently happened.

You will not find many people with more than 2 year experience in Xooa, there might be many reason for it why they leave/LAID OFF, here are few: No Management No Coordination No Job Safety No Appraisal/Promotion Company's future is in question.

I learned how to go from engineer to labourer. You'll discover how to decipher poor coding. You will learn how to create features that will not be used by humans under stringent deadlines. Learn how to ruin your personal life and work 12 hours a day without receiving an increase or any recognition with toxic management. Learned how to function under the constant pressure that exists.

Dislikes

1. Micromanagement entails updating the status of all tasks you are working on frequently. 2. There is no work-life balance. They will call you outside working hours. 3. They will fire you once you have finished the work. 4. They will hire you for a specific job role, but will force you to work on a different stack. 5. If you try to deliver work on time, they will make certain to change requirements frequently, causing you to miss the deadline. Management is unsure of the requirements, and they have forgotten what was discussed and implemented in the first place. 6. They will always blame you even if it's miss from their end as you are labourer and in the end you have to fix everything. 7. Also, because you are full day labour, management will expect you to complete the tasks quickly. 8. Benefits and perks are only for show. 9. If you join this company, forget taking vacation and will leave. 10. They will do everything possible to ensure that you never have free time in a 24-hour period. 11. Every week, they have a pointless meeting with the US team, during which new requirements are added without the deadline being extended.
