...nis, carrom, Chess. Xome is one place who emphasize more on employees happiness. The pay in Xome is top notch. Their standards, pay are similar to the best product based companies in Chennai. They have the best medical insurance policies for their employees which covers all their family members.

Dislikes

Arrange outstation trips once in a year. Few years back Xome arranged one and it was fully sponsored by the company to all its employees. It was an awesome trip. Looking forward to more outstation trips in future. They do have a lot of office outings within Chennai. On top of that if outstation trips are arranged, it would be more fun.

...Covid crisis, Xome have hikes to all its employees and also gave WFH allowances. Good hikes and top notch pay. 7. Have great WFH policies to even entry level members of the development team. 8. Great learning curve, and by doing smart work you could have good work life balance as well. 9. Table tennis, Chess , Carrom available within the office. You can play these games how much hours you want. Management won't intervene. Just make sure to complete your work on time :) 10. Fun filled work environment

Should have more outstanding outing. Currently we only have outings within Chennai.

2 years after you will get promotion, salary and appraisal are really good compare to other MNC, Training for learning and development, up and down AC cab services, work environment events are very good and work life balance are really awesome

Dislikes

My TL is very worst and cunning, too much micro management, HR blindly relay with TL and manager and will ask you to resign the job. Worst politics which put your mental health terrible.

I loved the management and Tl was very supportive and it’s a good company

I disliked when I putted paper’s that time manager was like now allowing me to speak and she was like when I am speaking stop talking and finally she told That’s there is nothing to tell her she is quite and all but I was telling but after putting papers the manager was very rude by the character which made me very disappointed and stopped working

Was a great place to start my career. I had amazing work-life balance, managers were very supportive. The work culture is also good and friendly. You'll have atmost job security you can find in a private institution.

Dislikes

Real monotonous job, it'll make you bored. Can't expect much in terms of career growth and hikes
