1. Best product based company in Chennai which is currently revolutionizing the real estate industry in US region. You get to meet and work with the best people in the industry. 2. Leads, Managers, Product managers are very friendly, and gives you full freedom and make you own up the product. Each and every feedback is valued, and are rewarded for excellence in work. 3. Lots of opportunities available to grow and Xome has around 16 products. These 16 products are including the products which came in as part of Assurant Mortgage Systems acquisition. Before that, Xome itself had 8 projects. 4. Career growth opportunities are very high within Xome. 5. Great job security. Its parent company is Mr.Cooper. 6. Even during Covid crisis, Xome have hikes to all its employees and also gave WFH allowances. Good hikes and top notch pay. 7. Have great WFH policies to even entry level members of the development team. 8. Great learning curve, and by doing smart work you could have good work life balance as well. 9. Being a QA, i had to take care of both Automation and Manual testing for my product. Work closely with development team and product team to get the features delivered on time without any issues.
