Xminds fails to meet even the basic expectations of a professional workspace. The company lacks a proper organizational structure, with all decisions - including leave approvals- controlled by a single individual, rendering the HR department powerless. The work culture is poor, with inadequate seating arrangements, unstable internet, and no support for employee growth. Their leave policy is terrible. Without significant improvements in management, infrastructure, and employee policies, this company remains an unsuitable choice for both freshers and experienced professionals

Its only end to end politics within the company.The manager have a set of people who only gets the opportunities.The job roles isnt at all based on merit .Selected people gets option to learn new technologies.

Mediocre work done by the chamchas gets appreciated rather than based on merit.Skilled people is minimal within the company.

Operation Manager is a Mother f***r,he always consider ladies staffs. It seems that certain employees, especially women, receive more opportunities and recognition, regardless of performance.
