...salary. Weekly one day holiday with lots of work to do from home on Sunday also. Didn't credited the salary on time.salary will be credit on 18th or even 25th of next month...if u want to Gain experience try other companies. Thappi thavari kuda endha pakkam varathinga friends

Offered me to work from home which was a good thing and management considers employee queries though gives delayed responses rather than no responses orally

they won't pay on time; my salary is pending for 3 months. There is no proper appraisal.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology like mobile application and so on

Compensation is better, i have to work more than 14 hrs and late night also. And sometimes i have to attend clients calls after 7 pm and in early morning.

They don't know way to recognise the work of employees.u are made to extend the working hours every now and then . getting hike is almost impossible here (there are lot of discrimination against who they don't like).even if it's given thy would delay atleast three months.
