management, no proper increment, less hike in salary, favourtism, people with less skills and no proper coding knowledge put on higher level and those who work hard are never consider .

Compensation is better than service based company.

Poor work life balance, office politics and favourism for people based on region is high, unprofessional appraisals, no proper feedback would be given which would help towards growth of employees, no/negligible travel opportunities, learning becomes stagnant. Please look for better option than this company.
