... increased.But company make sure that employee get just 50 percent at month end. And biggest part of salary is that amount only.Company has no intention to retain employees. Owner and management persons are enjoying sort of world tour in name of marketing. They are the only persons who enjoying in company. OPI company is giving for fixed salary only which is in actual half of the actual money paid by company monthly. All employees are frustrated and seeking jobs. The time they get better opportunity all are leaving.

Nothing... Absolutely Nothing... It's better to sit at home and enjoy your mental peace.

...if... If you don't reply on it even for a single time., you know what happens... Salary cut. Also, they say they have 5 days working.. Don't believe them.. You'll be forced to work 28-29 days a month.. They'll assure you to give comp offs against the working days.. But they'll cheat on that too as they'll refuse giving them whenever you ask for it... One of the most important things... No matter what... How much you have worked here... 2-3-4 years without taking any leaves... They won't approvw for any leaves anytime you ask for them... Thus, for any important work, you'll have to take an unplanned leave for which they'll cut your salaries in addition to the day's pay.

Salary. Bonus which they have also stopped from this year 2022. Direct communication with the Management.

...work and life balance. Not approving planned holidays. Sandwich leaves policy. Salary on 7th of every month. I hate there floor policy to sit alone and no conversation from the colleagues at all In night shift only boys. No Transport facilities.

Salary is good compared to the years of experience.

Dislikes

Company culture is horrible. There is no job security. You can be laid off or fired anytime. No one is allowed to talk to the person beside you for a min also if you are working from the office. They will make you like their posts on linkedin or facebook forcefully and will keep a record for that. No proper leave policy, they still follow the sandwich leave policy. Many negative things to say.

They will torture you like hell. They will increase your package and won’t pay you till one year and then reduce it again worst mistake of my like is to join this organisation

Culture, Attitude of Hr, fake promises of salary hike, exaggerated packages they will just exaggerate it and will not even pay half of the package.
