The company is good in terms of work life balance as nobody will ask you to work post your working hours .

Dislikes

The company is really bad in terms of clearing the salary on time . It is like going back and forth with the HR and begging for the salary every month . The salary was supposed to be cleared by 8 of every month but we used to receive it in 17-18 of every month . Also , they will ask you to do sale but don't give you the promised incentive.

Worst management definitely not a good place to work. Forget about salary and self respect if you are joining this place. Hardwork is neither recognised nor appreciated. They make you work like a slave. The company does not provide even a single benefit or facility for the staff. There are so many better places to work never ever join this organisation.

The only positive thing about this job is the colleagues. They were really friendly and helpful in times needed. The team leaders were brilliant, humble and friendly as well.

...se they never signed up to this company which in turn affected my mental health. I worked there for 4 months but they never paid my 4th month salary saying I didn't reach the sales target which is totally false. They will try to blame you for something you haven't done. Mr Varun Singh the MD of the company is the worst of them all. He will treat you more like a slave than a employee. He doesn't understand how to run a company, there is so much mismanagement, terminations and all the unnecessary drama in here. I would not like anyone to suffer just as I did so don't even think about joining this company because in just 1 week you will start regretting it.

XIPHIAS IMMIGRATION helped 1000 of nurses to settle in abroad who got very less salary, now they resettled with their PR, I'm really happy that I was being part of the xiphias immigration thanks for the opportunity.
