Some of the employees are very helpful and humble

...ywhere else for job, there is no proper work experience i can show in one field. salary provided is below average. Also, there is a lots of delays in salary payments. No particular date for salary and many times it is delayed by a month or two. Also, vouchers are not cleared for 2 months at least. HR might look humble initially but later as time passes you come to know true colours.

for first few years of my job I found that The company is open to innovation and readily adopts new technology, I liked the fact that I am a part of a team that markets high - quality and reliable products. another plus point was that my colleagues came from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. my ideas were well accepted and most of the time implemented.

Dislikes

the last year change in my job profile was not acceptable.

Likes

As a fresher on joining, I was lucky to be mentored by my then Manager who was well experienced and always welcome questions/doubts. Post training phase you will be entrusted with additional responsibilities which will expand your expand your knowledge in many fields including not limited to estimation, design and project management. Xicon has a good team of staff who are very helpful and almost no petty politics. I had a good time in Xicon with atmost job satisfaction (2013 to 2017)
