Company is good but management was not good..every year management was changed.

Dislikes

I was worked as store Manager 5.9 years but company not increase the employee salary or increment.they don't even care about employees those who worked with dedication and passion.

Likes

Why dislike? Political culture , lack of learning , no growth opportunity, huge pressure of sale, non supportive superior, lack of compensation. Why like? Good learning of products as there is huge portfolio, product training on regular basis

Dislikes

There should be career opportunities for promotion, compensation and incentives are too meagre. Work pressure and multiple reporting should be avoided, Seniors should be cooperative, lack of politics in the company culture should prevail.

Likes

The inclusive and transparent culture is very appreciative. My reporting manager is a gem of a person and a true leader, does not micro manage and leaves with us the way of managing the territory and guides us on what to do. Result oriented.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are average, appraisal system is the the reason for exit. Higher management is not involved in proper appraisal. Some HO guys have control in the recommendation of promotions and it is not linear to the performance you do.

Xiaomi is very good brand in terms of pay scale and job security also technically you will get weekend off but some time you have to work on Saturday

No working culture No properly training Only huge pressure if your in sales Illogical target where you need take unethical way to complete it.. No support from (in Mumbai) don't know about others location

They give salary on time... except that, nothing special at this organisation. It's purely third class organization..and third class management teams.

Dislikes

1) First of all Xiaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd is most third class organization I havel ever seen in my career. 2) This company treats employees just like school college students. Every time managers ask only schemes, and if employee are not able to reply on scheme they give pip mail and terminates from the service. 3)They don't give any value to your Educational qualification and past exposures. 4) There is salary discrimination among same designation employees with similar years of experience. 5) In fact I have seen one thing tha state head got promotion to zonal head and he was taking care of 2 states and after that he got promotion for HO role. Again he got demotion role in his career and became small zonal manager and taking only one states..this also major example of messy management of this organisation. 6) no appraisal and no bonus .. 7) biggest defaulter is current COO..he doesn't have any sustainable branded organization working experience. Overall it's my suggestion not to join in Xiaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd..it will purely spoil your career.
