Dislike about the company salary is not getting increase according to years waise salary not getting increase in xiaomi if the person is spend 5 years the salary is getting increase only in 5 years 2000

Company own store is very good environmentfor staff in Mi Home

Due to Covid company as remove the staff from mi home and transfer to preferred partner store with less salary telling company is going loss due to covid

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you

Company is good but management was not good..every year management was changed.

I was worked as store Manager 5.9 years but company not increase the employee salary or increment.they don't even care about employees those who worked with dedication and passion.
