Unfortunately, I didn't receive compensation for leaving earlier. It would be beneficial for the company to understand the challenges employees face when needing to depart in a short period and consider appropriate compensation as a gesture of acknowledgment for their efforts. This adjustment could enhance the overall employee experience and demonstrate empathy toward those navigating unexpected changes.
