...uses cheap word like ch#tiya , haramkhor, lallu, bc 3. HR expects to complete 9.30 hours daily even you can’t take leaves if you apply leaves they will deduct salary uses sandwich policy 4. Every policy is against employees. It was a night mare for me please do a well research before joing any company in noida.

Dislikes

Sometimes it becomes hectic due to unplanned delivery from client. If you don't worth and not ready to deliver then you will be layoff on immediate basis.

...with XeTech so far. The management is very supportive along with the colleagues. Salary is always on time with no deductions. The company provides you opportunities to learn the latest technology and encourages you to do good work. Since the company has vast experience in the healthcare domain, there is a lot you can learn in the healthcare domain. One can easily enhance their technical knowledge under the guidance of the managers and team lead.
